Salutations Volunteers!
We are less than 1 week away from the 30th Anniversary Sun Valley Jazz & Music Festival in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho!
I can’t wait to meet all of you!

Once you see your assignment you can click on the corresponding schedule on the Volunteer Schedules page.

We have 205 volunteers this year, of which 54 are brand new! Way to go, team!

Training Wednesday October 16
1.  Lobby Greeters and Sales and Will Call team will meet near the fireplace in Sun Valley Inn for training at 9:00 am Wed. 10/16.

2.  NEW Volunteers are required to attend training on Wed. at 10 am in the Limelight Room.

3.  Site Managers and Shift Captains are required to attend training on Wed. at 10 AM in the Continental Room.

4.  ALL Volunteers are required to attend training on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Limelight Room.

5.  All Volunteers are invited to the Volunteer Luncheon following training at Noon.

Volunteer Packets
You must pick up your volunteer packet (schedule, badge, passes, etc) and Shirt in the Volunteer Office. Each volunteer MUST SIGN for his or her own packet. If you haven’t prepaid for your shirt you may do so in the Volunteer Office starting Tuesday.

Volunteer Office will be located in the Arrowhead Room (By Village Gate)
Tuesday Oct.15 th from 10 AM to 5PM
Wednesday Oct.16 th from 8AM to 10:45 AM and 1:30 to 5PM
{those not picked up by Wednesday 5 PM will be available in the Communications office}

RV Pass Requests
Volunteers qualify for free RV parking at the River Run Lodge parking lot. If you need an RV pass, please email me at Volunteer@Sunvalleyjazz.org and put ‘REQUEST RV PASS’ in the Subject Line.
